Beagle Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Beagle Services, Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Beagle” or the “Company”) is pleased to offer users who have purchased services directly from Beagle, or have had a Beagle perform services at their residence or property, the ability to obtain additional features in connection with the Company, as well as additional offerings from the Company, via an elective subscription (“Beagle Guarantee”). The following Beagle Guarantee Terms and Conditions incorporate the other policies of Beagle, available at  www.beagleservices.com/beagle-guarantee-terms-of-service . Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in those policies.

Beagle Guarantee Features
Users can voluntarily elect to activate the Beagle Guarantee subscription by purchasing such subscription through  https://beagleservices.com/service/guarantee/?subscription=true . For an annual fee, users will receive additional benefits beyond the standard services provided by the Company. A comparison of the Beagle Guarantee subscription services to the basic included services is available below]. Beagle Guarantee features and benefits include:

∙ Non-weather Water Damage Guarantee. Pursuant to the Company’s Non-weather Water Damage Guarantee, which terms follow, the Company will provide reimbursement of your homeowners insurance deductible up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) in the event you pay a homeowner’s insurance deductible for a non-weather water damage claim to your property.

∙ Discounted Services. Subscribers will receive 10% the total invoice price for any future services work performed by the Company.

∙ Beta Program. Subscribers will also receive early notifications of future Beagle products, services and other offerings.

Subscription Billing
The annual fees paid for Beagle Guarantee subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of whether the subscription is terminated prior to the end of the then-current billing period. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to promptly provide the Company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email address, physical address, credit card numbers, etc.); changes should be sent to support@beagleservices.com. All other desired account updates should be made by emailing support@beagleservices.com  or calling +1 (424) 226 - 6101 . Beagle does not validate all credit card information required by the subscriber’s payment provider to secure payment. Subscriptions will automatically renew annually using the subscriber’s current credit card account number unless the subscriber cancels their subscription by emailing support@beagleservices.com at least two (2) business days prior to the renewal date to cancel such subscription. If you have a question about a cancellation, you should contact the Company at support@beagleservices.com . The Company reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at any time. The Company will provide timely notice to the subscribers affected of any such changes. The user must notify the Company about any billing problems or discrepancies within 30 days after charges first appear on their credit or debit account statement. If it is not brought to the Company’s attention within 30 days, the subscriber agrees to waive their right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

Non-weather Water Damage Guarantee
Our commitment to Beagle Guarantee subscribers: if you subscribe to the Beagle Guarantee and utilize Beagle Services for your home’s plumbing needs, still suffer property damage as a direct result from a water supply line leak, Beagle will reimburse you up to one thousand dollars ($1,000). Beagle Guarantee subscribers will qualify for reimbursement under the Beagle Guarantee if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

∙ Before the property damage, the subscriber retained Beagle to perform plumbing services work at the property subject to the insurance claim;

∙ After the property damage, the subscriber reported the property damage to his/her/their insurance company within a reasonable amount of time, obtained a written report from that insurance company and provided Beagle with a true and complete copy of that report;

∙ After the property damage, the subscriber provided Beagle with reasonable documentation (e.g., correspondence, statement of loss, etc.) showing that the insurance company actually (a) paid some portion of the subscriber’s property damage claim, and (b) applied or assessed all or part of the insurance policy’s deductible (i.e., did not waive or otherwise absorb the deductible);

The subscriber provides written permission to Beagle to contact the subscriber’s insurance company and verify the above.

The Company will not be obligated to reimburse the subscriber any more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) in connection with any one property damage loss; and The Company will not be obligated to reimburse the subscriber for an insurance policy deductible more than once in any twelve-month period, irrespective of how many property damage losses might occur in that twelve-month period. The Beagle Guarantee shall be effective as of December 1, 2021. Terms may be updated by the Company at any time and without notice. If updated, the Company will post the amended policy on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date the policy was last revised. Your continued use of Beagle Services for any work, product or service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of these policies, as revised.
