Watchdog monitors the following alerts: drips, water detected, shut-off (Flo), high flow rate (Phyn), high and low humidity, high and low temperature, high and low pressure, offline and low battery.
We currently work with Flo By Moen and Phyn automatic shut off valves and water sensors. More devices are coming soon.
Yes, however we do not offer any refunds.
Under the Basic Watchdog plan you can add two properties, if you have more than 2 you would want to subscribe to the Total plan which allows you to add 3 or more properties

No. Watchdog alerts work alongside your devices notifications, we will alert you about important notification coming from your device and help you address those.
We are launching Watchdog in selected territories but it will be coming to all 50 states soon.
